NAVIGATING NOBLESVILLE
With several active construction projects happening around Noblesville, we want to remain proactive in keeping you informed about getting around our town! Check this page regularly to stay informed about the Reimagine Pleasant Street project and other projects happening in Noblesville.
UPCOMING PLEASANT STREET CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY.
As of August 3, Pleasant Street is closed between 8th Street and 12th Street. The intersections at 8th and 12th Street with Pleasant Street will remain open during this construction. Tenth Street is also closed from south of Pleasant Street to north of Walnut Street. To promote better safety and traffic flow during the detour, left turns from Greenfield Avenue to 16th Street are restricted. For eastbound travel on Pleasant Street, drivers need to use SR 37 instead of 16th Street. The westbound detour route remains unchanged.
RIVER ROAD CONSTRUCTION
There will be temporary traffic restrictions along River Road between Westridge N Drive and Westbrook Boulevard as crews begin to build the new roundabout for the intersection with Pleasant Street. Traffic will be shifted as temporary pavement is added and the roundabout is constructed. This work will last approximately five months.
CHERRY TREE ROAD
Cherry Tree Road is now closed as crews begin construction of the new Pleasant Street and bridge over Cicero Creek. During construction, residents who live on Cherry Tree Road will still have access to their homes. When construction is complete, Cherry Tree Road north of Pleasant Street will have a cul-de-sac. Cherry Tree Road south of Pleasant Street will have access to the new road with a “right-in/right-out/left-in” configuration as shown below. We are working with public safety officials and local school leaders to raise awareness about this change.
